Brand New Brand, Brand New Everything

Overview

Beautiful Dentures is a group of denture clinics founded by Clinical Dental Technician, Jamie Wright. Key to the brand is Jamie's aim to recreate natural smiles, helping patients look and feel fresh, and reinvigorated. With one practice located in Wolverhampton and a second in Burton-on-Trent, Jamie’s work focuses on providing beautiful dentures to patients across the Midlands.

Challenge

Previously, Beautiful Dentures was known as ‘Kinddent’ but this didn’t really describe what they were about. Added to this, much of Jamie’s new business came from referrals and word of mouth, because Kinddent had no website and no online presence at all.

Solution

To begin with, we set about creating the brand that was aligned with the quality and experience provided by Jamie’s denture clinics. As well as a new logo and strapline, we gave a look and feel to the Beautiful Dentures brand with design, and we developed a tone of voice that would really speak to his customers. Then, we built the website that would bring his denture clinics further enquiries, using SEO techniques and PPC campaigns to increase his visibility online.

Results

Jamie’s customers love the new brand, and so does he. As time goes by, Beautiful Dentures will enjoy greater visibility with an increasing presence on the world’s major search engine rankings like Google, Yahoo and Bing.
